The Institute of Consulting Research and Studies was established at the University of Hail based on the recommendation of the University Council in its third session for the academic year 1428/1429 AH, and with the approval of the Higher Education Council in its fifty-third session held on 03/03/1430 AH by Resolution No. 1430/53/14. The establishment of the institute was approved by Before the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Chairman of the Council of Higher Education, pursuant to the directives of Telegram No. 2544/M dated 03/19/1430 AH. Thanks to the efforts made by the university administration and the institute’s employees and benefiting from the university’s human cadres, the scope of services was expanded. The institute includes studies, consultations, and general and specialized training.
The Institute is considered a national think tank that provides its services to all public, private and non-profit sectors. The Institute contributes to the transfer and localization of knowledge, and works to build a knowledge economy by investing all the capabilities and resources of the university. It aims to achieve added value for all beneficiary parties and contribute to achieving various development and societal goals, within the framework of achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
