1- Develop the university's data strategy, monitor its implementation, and measure related strategic indicators.
2- Manage metadata and reference data specific to Hail University.
3- Support improving the quality and reliability of the university's data.
4- Develop Processes and methodologies to organize, collect, save, publish, and manage the governance of Hail University's data.
5- Align and comply with national frameworks and references related to data management.
6- Collaborate and coordinate with the National Data Management Offices and the Ministry of Education affiliated office, monitor and control compliance with the university's organizational units based on the adopted data management and governance practices.
7- Raise awareness about the university's data and change Hail University's culture to a data-driven culture.
