1- Providing distinguished academic programs and preparing qualified cadres with high professional skills
2- Introducing and developing postgraduate programs for all academic programs at the college.
3- Providing a stimulating environment for scientific research and enhancing the culture of scientific research at the level of faculty members and students
4- Effective participation in serving and developing the local and national community and establishing sustainable partnerships with educational and research institutions locally and regionally. And globally
5- Enhancing governance and administrative efficiency

Future perspective of the College of Business Administration
• Obtaining local and international academic accreditations.
• Increasing the production of scientific research, raising its quality, and linking it to development requirements and building a knowledge society.
• Expanding postgraduate programs based on the requirements of the local and regional labor market to serve the achievement of national development goals.
• Activating distance learning programs and short training programs.
• Providing training programs to obtain professional certificates in accordance with labor market requirements.
• Strengthening the relationship and interaction with governmental, private and non-profit institutions in the Hail region, in order to serve the local community
