The Cooperative Training Program at the College of Business Administration is a cooperation between the departments of organizations (governmental, private, and non-profit) and our college. It is a program designed to provide high-quality skills to our students in the fields of business (in finance, accounting, management, information systems, marketing and statistics). A business school education is the foundation for a successful career, but the accompanying education provided by internships at various organizations enhances and enriches this education, preparing students to apply their knowledge as they establish their careers. During the training, the student begins working as an employee in any training facility for a period of 25 weeks (approximately 5 months). During this period, the student is not allowed to study or add academic subjects. During this period, the student has the opportunity to achieve the highest degree of correspondence between what he studies in his field of specialization and the actual work environment, and to prepare him professionally for the labor market before graduation, as training contributes to developing the student’s personal skills and enhancing his self-confidence, thus creating a future employee capable of competition and interaction. With the practical environment. The training is also an opportunity for the student to highlight his abilities and skills in the organization, which will open up a job opportunity for him.
