Community Service
Objectives:
1. To lead in creating partnerships and community development for the community surrounding Hail University.
2. To provide scientific and professional consultations of distinguished standards and quality to different segments of society.
3. To provide a stimulating and qualified surrounding community environment for the growth of all segments of society.
4. To strengthen the local community's sense of the role of the Faculty of Education at Hail University and its importance as an educational institution, which encourages the community to work to support the faculty in achieving its goals.
5. To strengthen the relationship between the faculty and the community, and to raise it in all kinds of fields to meet different needs and requirements through the launch of programs, activities, and seminars that contribute to raising the efficiency of community members.
6. To achieve patterns of active partnership between different sectors of society and the departments of the Faculty of Education.
7. To provide opportunities for faculty members with experience to benefit from them by various institutions and associations in various fields.
8. To encourage faculty members to participate in community service.
Tasks:
1. Developing and activating a community service plan.
2. Monitoring, organizing, and developing community service activities.
3. Following up on the documentation of activities (such as consultations, services, seminars, etc.).
4. Encouraging and preparing faculty members to participate in community service activities.
5. Receiving and documenting the work of participation in community service activities.
6. Preparing a quarterly report on community service activities and submitting it to the Dean of Quality and Development at the Faculty of Education.
7. Evaluating the faculty's participation in community service activities and events.
8. Submitting social initiatives and agreements with parties related to the faculty.
9. Preparing a special file for the Community Service Committee in the departments and submitting it periodically to the College Quality Agency.
