Praise be to God who taught by the pen, taught man what he did not know, and prayers and peace be upon the warner missionary, the enlightening lamp, the caller to God by His permission, Muhammad bin Abdullah, and his family and companions and those who followed him, as for after:

It was mentioned in the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - from the verses and hadiths that indicate the virtue of legal knowledge and its teaching that are countless in abundance, and the legacy of the Prophet Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - over the ages has been mentioned and successively from scholars and jurists who preserve it and bequeath it to whom behind him, in succession to an ancestor, generation after generation, century after century, to this century of ours. It is well known that people's need for legal knowledge and knowledge of their religion is like their need for food and drink. And as a contribution from the wise leadership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the blessed University of Hail in filling the people's need for Sharia and law sciences: the honorable Royal Decree was issued approving the establishment of (College of Sharia and Law) at the university on 11/18/1432. 

So the workers in the college worked hard to lay the first building blocks for this college. Its mission, objectives, vision, objectives, program, course description, and academic sections, including: The Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles.
The Department of Jurisprudence and its origins has established a bachelor's program and two master's programmes, one in jurisprudence and the other in its origins.The department has taken care of preparing its programs, electing the most qualified qualified to teach in them, and has sought to keep abreast of developments in the specialization; In his desire to distinguish his outputs, and the renaissance and advancement of this blessed country.
The Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles is honored for its contribution to the service of this benevolent country, as many judges, lawyers, jurists, and employees in various legal, judicial, educational, military and other sectors graduated from its programs.
The department - with its programs - still aims to serve this blessed country, and seeks to meet the needs of the labor market in it with its qualified outputs and distinguished competencies.
The department urges those wishing to achieve scientific qualification and knowledge excellence in this field to enroll in its study programs, and hopes that its educational staff will achieve the desired success and excellence.
