Mission , Vision and Goals

Vision

The College of Literature and Arts at Hail University aspires to achieve educational, research and service leadership in the sciences of literature and arts at the local and regional levels.

Mission

The College of Literature and Arts at the University of Hail is committed to providing distinguished programs that contribute to the preparation of a graduate who is scientifically and professionally distinguished in the sciences of literature and arts and who is able to compete in the local and regional labor market, in a way that contributes to the development of society and the preservation of its identity.

Goals

  1. Preparing a graduate who is scientifically distinguished and professionally qualified.
  2. Developing scientific and applied research in the fields of literature and arts in accordance with the highest quality standards.
  3. Enhancing interaction between the university and the local community.
  4. Providing distinguished research, scientific and applied programs to ensure the preparation of distinguished graduates who are able to compete, innovate and meet the needs of society.
  5. Conducting distinct literary and artistic research and studies that serve the community.
  6. Develop academic and scientific programs to ensure that employers' requirements are met.
  7. Developing the human and intellectual capabilities of the college's employees (quantity and quality) to achieve the highest levels of quality and excellence in the fields of education, scientific research and community service.
  8. Developing an integrated system for continuous self-evaluation of the college's performance and quality assurance for its administrative and academic units.
  9. Establishing a partnership with professional and community institutions, in a way that contributes to linking the college graduate with the labor market, and benefiting from feedback in developing educational inputs.

Enhancing the research efforts and activities of the faculty members, which contributes to raising the classification of the college and the university at the local and regional levels
