It can be considered a leading Center for the Scientific Dissemination and application of knowledge in basic and Applied Sciences, as it houses a distinguished group of professors, specialists, experts and outstanding researchers, who are trying to achieve excellence, and contribute significantly to achieving this. In order to follow the recent international developments, the Faculty of science began to apply the interactive method in education using the latest technologies instead of the traditional method. The Faculty of Science also strives to develop the scientific research environment, especially for graduate studies, with international cooperation in order to achieve the mission and goals of the University.

The Faculty of science recognizes the extent of the scientific and knowledge challenges it faces at the local, regional and international levels.
