Strategic Plan
* Introduction:
Developing a strategic plan for the College of Public Health and Health Informatics at the University of Hail comes in the context of
guidance of the University of Hail; Towards laying the foundations of the scientific method for future planning; Which is compatible with the aspirations of the college and its departments, and to bring about a comprehensive change that elevates higher education and scientific research to levels capable of facing current and future challenges. In implementation of these directions, a committee of faculty members has been formed to develop a strategic plan for the period from 1442 AH to 1445 AH.
* Executive summary of the plan:
The College of Public Health and Health Informatics seeks to develop and excel in its academic programs that support the educational process. Developing its internal system and external relations in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and achieving balance with the strategic goals of the University of Hail; The college is also seriously seeking to implement a transformative initiative with a societal impact that would contribute to building a vibrant Saudi society. Achieving excellence in the health field in terms of education and scientific research. The college is also committed to achieving the desired and expected role in achieving the vision and mission of the University of Hail. Therefore, the current strategic plan of the College of Public Health and Health Informatics came to cover the period (2020-2023 AD).
* Strategic objectives:
- Preparing an academically distinguished and professionally qualified graduate
- Developing policies for scientific research and postgraduate studies in accordance with development priorities
- Enhancing interaction between the university and the local community
- Providing an administrative system based on corporate governance
- Completing the university's infrastructure and ensuring the maintenance of its various equipment
- Developing the information technology system at the university
- Developing self-resources to achieve the independence of the university
