Strategic Plan
Through its strategic plan, the Faculty of education at hail University seeks to be a pioneer and distinguished in preparing and qualifying educational practitioners cognitively and professionally, improving the college environment in accordance with academic accreditation standards, contributing to the development of society through research and scientific studies in light of the requirements of sustainable development and in order to achieve the aspirations of society under an administrative system based on transparency, integrity, justice, and self-reliance from the college's resources, provided that all of the above is consistent with Islamic values, and in line with, and achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030.
Executive summary of the plan:
The strategic plan of the college achieves its objectives, which is based on achieving the objectives of Vision 2030 of the Kingdom, and the plan has gone through several stages, namely: the first stage: preparation and preparation, represented by the formation of a working team to prepare the strategic plan, the distribution of tasks and responsibilities to the work team, and spreading the culture of strategic planning among the staff of the college (administrators, students, members), and the second stage: Determining the reference and methodological frameworks for the strategic plan, which consists in studying and reviewing the strategic plan of the university, its goals and initiatives, studying and reviewing the plans of similar educational colleges locally, regionally and globally, reviewing the updated institutional accreditation standards issued by the National Center for academic assessment and accreditation, analyzing the global context and national trends in university education, diagnosing the current situation of the college using SWOT models, conducting reference comparisons and identifying improvement requirements, cross-analyzing the internal and external environment, choosing the appropriate strategy, identifying the most important strategic issues of the college, and the third stage: Formulating strategic directions (vision - mission - values - goals - policies), represented in formulating the vision, mission, and values of the agency/faculty/deanship, and ensuring the compatibility between strategic directions, University orientations, and national orientations. The fourth stage is the formulation of the strategic plan, the preparation of the operational plan and its programs. The fifth stage: the implementation of the strategic plan and its follow-up, represented by the transition from the preparation stages to the implementation of the plan and its follow-up, the formulation of measurement indicators and target values to achieve the objectives of the plan, the formulation of measurement indicators and target values. And finally, the sixth stage: it is the review of the plan from the concerned authorities and its approval.
