Deanship of Student Affairs was established since the beginning of the university's establishment by the issuance of the decision of the Higher Education Council No. 20/39/1426 AH, and the Royal Approval No. (2921/m b) dated 12/04/1427 AH. The deanship is composed of a group of departments that deal with the affairs of the university's students. The Deanship of Student Affairs was launched as an independent deanship since the launch of the young University of Hail, and it takes into account the great responsibility that lies on the shoulders of everyone towards this great scientific edifice, and it provides them with services that will help to create an appropriate academic environment. It offers a number of semester programs and various activities that aim to activate the culture of students, expand their horizons, help them acquire useful knowledge and experiences, train them on social participation, confirm their belonging to their homeland, and give them the opportunity to practice activities that are compatible with their interests and talents, and acquire them many diverse skills and positive values.

The Deanship of Student Affairs cares about students and is responsible for their care and direct their multiple activities by contributing to their educational, social, cultural, and sports preparation to consolidate Islamic principles and values in their souls and provide them with reasons for comfort and psychological stability
