Objectives

1. Conducting an inventory of plant disease in the region, to reach the most appropriate means of treating, to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and The Green Saudi initiative.
2. Making a classification of plant diseases in the region, according to; Type of plant, type of pathogen, symptoms, affected part, and affecting environmental factors.

Impacts

1. Preparing a database of the most important plant diseases that affect corps in the region.
2. Identifying the causes of plant diseases in the region.
3. Proposing a suitable treatment method and testing it in lab. And field.
